Purpose and FormatThe workshop provides an opportunity to present and critically discuss research projects in a conferencestylesetting. Faculty will offer feedback, share insights on paper development (theory building, writing,review processes, AI in qualitative research) and other topics relevant for a successful career in academia,and engage in individual consultations. The event fosters scholarly exchange across institutions andresearch traditions.
