Führung bedeutet die Übernahme fachlicher und disziplinarischer Verantwortung in einem organisationalen Kontext. Wichtige Kompetenzen sind neben der Fähigkeit des individuellen Umgangs mit jeder einzelnen Person eines Teams der Umgang mit team- bzw. gruppendynamischen Prozessen sowie die Flexibilität und Reflexion des eigenen Führungsverhaltens. Schwerpunkte werden daher aufbauend auf den Workshop ""Führung Kompakt I"" die Beschäftigung mit •Kommunikation im Führungsalltag, •machtdynamischen Überlegungen und •der Reflexion der eigenen Führungskompetenzen sein. Dabei wird eine Mischung aus theoretischer Grundlagenvermittlung, gemeinsamen Übungen und entsprechender (Selbst)Reflexion angestrebt. Voraussetzung ist allerdings der Besuch des Seminars Führung Kompakt I - Eigene Führungskompetenz stärken durch (Selbst)Wahrnehmung.  Sie können, müssen aber keine Führungs- bzw.
